Content Policy for Website Designing, Graphics Designing and Digital Services

Maruti Enterprise provides a wide range of digital services including website designing, graphics designing, digital marketing, explainer video, and animation. To deliver high-quality, accurate, and legally compliant work, we rely on content provided directly by our clients. The following terms govern the use of such content in all projects undertaken by Maruti Enterprise.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms available on our website.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Content Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued engagement with our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms were last amended on 1st June 2025.
Content Policy
For all design and development work, Maruti Enterprise requires clients to provide relevant content such as text, images, and video footage that they rightfully own or are legally authorised to use. This content is used exclusively to produce the deliverables ordered by the respective client.
- Content provided by one client is never used for any other client's project. Each client's content is treated with complete confidentiality.
- We strongly advise and actively encourage all clients to use only original content to avoid any risk of copyright infringement. Using content copied from another business's website or any third-party source without proper authorisation is a legal offence and cannot be included in any deliverable produced by Maruti Enterprise.
- Work on any project begins only after all required content has been received from the client in a complete and usable form. Delays in providing content will directly impact the project delivery timeline, and Maruti Enterprise shall not be held responsible for such delays.
- If a client is unable to provide text content, we recommend engaging a professional content writer to create original copy. Copying content from competitor or similar business websites is strongly discouraged and will not be accepted as input for any project.
- If a client is unable to provide photographs, illustrations, or video footage, we recommend purchasing properly licensed assets from reputed stock image or video platforms.
- On specific request, Maruti Enterprise can assist in purchasing licensed images, video footage, fonts, or icons on behalf of the client. Proper licenses for use on the client's website, digital materials, and printed material will be provided accordingly. The cost of such purchases will be charged to the client separately.
- In all cases, Maruti Enterprise shall not be held liable or responsible for any copyright infringement arising from the use of content provided, approved, or authorised by the client, whether in website design, graphics design, or any other digital or printed output. Full legal and financial responsibility for the content used rests entirely with the client.
