Webomatic (Brand Name) is owned and operated by Maruti Enterprise, Ahmedabad, India.
Maruti Enterprise is pleased to offer complimentary maintenance support as part of our website designing packages. We request all clients to read and accept the following terms before availing this service.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms available on our website.
Terms of Free Maintenance
- Free Maintenance is applicable exclusively to all static responsive website designing packages offered by Maruti Enterprise under the brand Webomatic.
- Free Maintenance covers changes to existing text content and images on the website. No structural or design-level changes are included under this service.
- Adding a new page to the website is not covered under Free Maintenance and will be charged separately at applicable rates.
- Free Maintenance is valid for the first year from the date of website delivery only.
- From the second year onwards, Annual Maintenance charges will apply, ranging between 5% to 20% of the total website designing cost, depending on the scope of work involved. Whether maintenance is offered at no charge beyond the first year is entirely at the discretion of Maruti Enterprise, based on a formal review of the business relationship with the client at that time. No such benefit is guaranteed in advance.
- A maximum of 20 change requests will be accepted per month under Free Maintenance. Requests beyond this limit in any given month may be addressed in the following month or may attract additional charges at our discretion.
- Our standard response time for maintenance requests is 48 working hours from the time of receiving a clear and complete request. Response time may be longer depending on the nature and complexity of the changes involved. We will inform the client in such cases.
- Free Maintenance is not applicable to Dynamic Websites, E-Commerce Websites, Video Production, Graphics Designing work, or any other services outside the scope of static website designing.
