Terms and Conditions - Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction

Webomatic (Brand Name) is owned and operated by Maruti Enterprise, Ahmedabad, India.

The following terms and conditions apply to all web hosting services provided by Maruti Enterprise. Please read them carefully before purchasing or activating any hosting plan.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms available on our website.

  • Web hosting services are activated only upon receipt of 100% advance payment from the client.
  • We do not offer unlimited web space, email accounts, or bandwidth. Every hosting plan has specific limits on these resources. Clients are advised to review the plan details carefully before making a purchase.
  • We strongly recommend that clients configure their email accounts using MS Outlook or any other reputed desktop email client, and set them up using POP3 as per our standard configuration guidelines. Failure to follow this may result in temporary suspension of the email account. The account will be reinstated only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the client that they will strictly comply with our email usage policy. A reinstatement fee may also be applicable in such cases.
  • For clients who require real-time email synchronisation across multiple devices, we strongly recommend subscribing to Google Workspace (paid). Maruti Enterprise will assist in setting up your domain email on Google Workspace. However, the subscription fee is to be paid directly to Google by the client on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • We will provide the client with cPanel login credentials, email account credentials, and FTP access details. Clients must change all passwords immediately upon receipt for security purposes. Maruti Enterprise is not responsible for any loss or breach arising from failure to change default credentials.
  • Clients are solely responsible for maintaining regular backups of their website data, emails, and all other content hosted on the server. Maruti Enterprise strongly recommends taking backups at least once a month. We are not liable for any loss of data, emails, or website content arising from server failures, technical issues, or any other cause. While we take reasonable precautions at the server level, we do not guarantee recovery of lost data and do not maintain client-level backups on a routine basis.
  • Websites built on WordPress or any other CMS platform must have appropriate security plugins installed and kept updated at all times to protect against malware, viruses, hackers, and other threats. Maruti Enterprise is not liable for any damage caused by a security breach on a CMS-based website that does not have adequate security measures in place.
  • We will provide initial training to the client on creating email accounts, changing passwords, assigning mailbox quotas, configuring MS Outlook, and performing basic cPanel operations, at no additional cost. This training is provided once at the time of account setup.
  • We offer a 99% uptime guarantee under normal operating conditions. However, Maruti Enterprise is not liable for downtime caused by unavoidable technical issues, natural disasters, power failures, or internet outages beyond our control.
  • Clients may send a maximum of 500 emails per day and 50 emails per hour from their domain. This limit is in place to maintain the reputation and performance of the shared hosting environment.
  • Bulk email marketing, mail merge applications, or any form of spamming is strictly prohibited. In the event of a policy violation, we will issue a written warning to the client. If the violation continues, our automated systems will temporarily block the domain or IP. The block will be automatically lifted after a defined period. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of the hosting account without refund.
  • In case of any issue with email delivery or website functionality, clients must first report the problem in detail by sending an email to info@webomatic.in. Please include a clear description of the issue, screenshots where applicable, and any error messages received, to help us resolve the matter promptly.
  • Clients agree to abide by all these terms and conditions, including any updates made periodically on our website, as well as any terms communicated verbally or via email at the time of the transaction.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
