Domain Registration Terms
Terms and Conditions - Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction
Webomatic (Brand Name) is owned and operated by Maruti Enterprise, Ahmedabad, India.
The following terms and conditions govern all domain name registrations carried out by Maruti Enterprise on behalf of our clients. Please read these terms carefully before placing a domain registration order.
These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms available on our website.
- Maruti Enterprise proceeds with domain name registration only after receiving 100% advance payment along with a confirmed purchase order or work order from the client.
- The first-year registration price for a domain may be lower than subsequent years, as domain registrars often offer introductory pricing. Renewal prices from the second year onwards may vary and are also subject to fluctuations in the USD to INR currency exchange rate. Maruti Enterprise has no control over these price changes, which are determined solely by the domain registrar.
- A domain registration order, once placed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- A domain name, once registered, cannot be changed or modified.
- All payments made towards domain registration are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For renewal from the second year onwards, Maruti Enterprise must receive the client's renewal confirmation along with full payment at least one month before the renewal due date. If the renewal deadline is missed for any reason, the domain registrar may levy redemption penalty charges of up to 10 times the standard renewal price. Please note that this penalty is charged directly by the domain registrar and not by Maruti Enterprise. The client shall be solely responsible for paying such penalty charges to restore the domain to active status.
- If a client wishes to transfer their domain to another registrar, a transfer processing and administrative fee of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) plus applicable GST will be charged by Maruti Enterprise. The client must initiate and manage the transfer process directly with the new registrar after the fee is paid.
- The client agrees to abide by all these terms and conditions, including any updates made periodically and published on our website, as well as any terms communicated verbally or via email at the time of the transaction.
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
These terms and conditions were last updated on 20th January 2020 and came into effect from 1st April 2020.
